We ship worldwide. All of our products are made on demand — produced after you place an order. This helps reduce waste and ensures every item is fresh.


Processing & Production

  • Order verification: 0–24 hours.

  • Production time: Usually 2–7 business days (most orders 2–4).

  • Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages.

⚠️ Note: Peak holiday periods may add extra days to both production and delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and items.

  • Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless shown at checkout.


Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left the facility.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Delivery Issues

  • Address errors: Please double-check your address. If entered incorrectly and the order is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Lost or delayed packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (domestic) or 20+ days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.

  • Damaged or misprinted items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs checks and import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price. These are the responsibility of the customer.
